Dear Santa Magic provides personalized digital video messages featuring Santa Claus, created using details supplied by the customer. The product is digital; no physical item is shipped unless a separate product listing explicitly says otherwise.
2. Who May Place an Order
You must be legally able to make a purchase in your location. Information about a child must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian, or by an adult who has permission to provide it.
3. Accurate Order Information
Please check spelling, age selection, gift details, and any personalization instructions before submitting an order. We use the information you provide to create the video. We cannot guarantee a specific script, wording, voice, scene, or creative result unless it is expressly promised on the product page.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices and any applicable taxes or fees are shown during checkout before you confirm your purchase. Payment must be successfully authorized before production or delivery begins. If a third-party payment processor is used, its terms may also apply.
5. Digital Delivery
Delivery timing, method, and any stated turnaround estimate will be shown on the website or at checkout. Delivery may be affected by technical issues or the completeness of the information supplied. If you do not receive your order within the stated timeframe, contact support.
